CNC Milling Machines - Machining Projects - CharlyUSA Machines

Used extensively in industry and education, the CharlyUSA machines are perfect for the classroom environment. The machines have a full 200 degree viewing area, with the larger 2U machine providing a viewing area large enough for 6 or 7 students without being exposed to moving parts or flying chips. The smaller 4U machine allows a similar 200 degree viewing area, but a smaller amount of students to view the work-cell at one time.

With plenty of safety features, easy to use software and ‘second to none’ support, these table top machines offer you the ability to machine soft materials, including aluminum, brass and bronze. These are the same machines sold to companies all over the world in industries including prototyping, medical applications, jewelry, dental and engraving. If your application is more heavy duty, take a look at our www.CharlyUSA.com website.

With 2 primary machines to choose from, the 4U and the larger 2U, you have the ability to do very small detail work all the way up to a machine with a work-cell 23” long by 16” deep.

More important than the type of machine you buy is the support. Every user, at some time or another, needs support. We are here for you. We don’t just adhere to the standard 9-5 business hours that most companies do. If you need us after hours, we are available. If you need someone to support you as you machine your first components give us a call.
If you have a particularly hard component to machine, give us a call.

In addition to the support that we provide for the machines, they are also backed by a 2 year parts warranty (not the typical 1 year). If anything fails on the machine in the first 2 years, it will be replaced at no charge to the school (the exception is wear parts such as spindle brushes etc.)

Telephone support is available via an 800 number (during regular business hours) and a toll call after hours.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please call us at 800-759-6268 or send us an email.
